A lifelong resident of Edwardsville, George thought he knew everyone in his beloved hometown. That is until he became a realtor more than 20 years ago. As the community has grown, he’s met and helped hundreds of new residents who’ve discovered the incredible benefits of the Metro East and decided to make their home here.
George’s connections in the community give clients an advantage in this highly competitive real estate market. As you search for your dream home, he’ll work one-on-one with you to discover your “must haves” and uncover the house and neighborhood that meets everything on your checklist (including your budget!). When it comes time to sell, he’ll go to bat for you throughout negotiations to help you get the right price for all the love and hard work you’ve poured into your home over the years.
A retired steelworker and a burn survivor, George takes the needs of his clients to heart. He understands the challenges you face, whether it’s finances, time or work commitments, and works tirelessly to ensure your buy, sell or build process is as easy as it can be, especially when you’re juggling so many other things in life.
When not on the job, George enjoys spending time with family and friends, including dogs Gus and Homer. He also loves biking Madison County’s 85 miles of trails and wood carving in his spare time.
